• Cancel less than 7 days before, or no-show: No refund is payable, though a credit may be offered at our discretion.
• Deposits: Where a deposit applies it is around 20% of the booking value, is applied to your total, and is refundable only if you cancel at least 14 days before the session.
• How long refunds take: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Weather and unsafe conditions: If we cancel for weather, fire, flood, animal welfare or any other safety reason, you may transfer to another date or take a full refund. Sessions run in light rain, so dress for the conditions.
• Changes and transfers: You may transfer to another available date at no cost with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability. One transfer per booking.
• If we cancel: Where Land & Legacy cancels a session for any reason, you always receive a full refund or a transfer — your choice.
