Terms & billing transparency

The operational details of your membership — renewal, cancellation and refunds — are disclosed here, before you join.

  • Auto-renewal status: Memberships are annual and do not auto-renew — we send a renewal invitation before your term ends, and no card is charged until you confirm it.
  • Cancellation: Cancel at any time by writing to info@landandlegacyacademy.com. Your cancellation takes effect from the date we receive it and stops any renewal — it does not refund the current paid term, but you keep every member benefit until that term ends.
  • Refund policy: Membership fees are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no member benefit, member pricing, priority booking or guest pass has been used. After 14 days, or once any benefit has been used, the annual fee is non-refundable. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Conditional offers and exclusions

Only an active discount policy can make a service eligible. Land & Legacy offers and approved partner offers are identified separately at booking.

  • Partner offers require an active written partner agreement
  • Program tuition is excluded unless expressly identified as included
  • Merchandise is excluded unless expressly approved

Donations, fundraising payments, taxes, booking fees, deposits and third-party pass-through costs are not discountable.

Membership FAQ

Do membership discounts apply to school fees?

No. School tuition, enrolment fees, levies, compulsory charges, curriculum, technology, examination and certification fees are excluded.

What if my child attends through school?

If the school contracts, administers or invoices the activity, the institutional agreement sets the price. A separately booked optional Land & Legacy activity may qualify under an active discount policy.

Does Legacy reduce school tuition?

No. Legacy membership never reduces school tuition or another school fee.

Can a school offer financial support?

Yes. Scholarships, bursaries, sponsorships, grants and subsidies are managed separately from membership discounts.

Can membership apply to a school camp?

Not when the school charges or administers the camp. An optional public experience sold directly by Land & Legacy may qualify.

Can a partner provide a member offer?

Yes, for optional non-school-fee services under an active written partner benefit agreement.
