Disconnect Days
A single day on a working farm, away from screens and inboxes. You'll lend a hand with real jobs — stock, garden, hives, fences — and leave with a clearer head than you arrived with.
Preventative, non-clinical wellbeing in nature. Not treatment, not therapy — just honest work, open country and quiet.
How a Disconnect Day runs
No workshops, no whiteboards. You are a genuine pair of hands on a working farm for the day, and your fee covers the host's time, food and insurance.
Arrive at sunrise
Boots, hat, water bottle. Phones go in the basket and stay there.
Work alongside the host
Feeding, moving stock, garden beds, hive checks — whatever the farm needs that day.
Share a proper break
Morning tea and lunch on the verandah with the people you have been working beside.
Leave lighter
A quiet half hour to sit with the day before you drive home.
Upcoming Disconnect Days
Pick a day, choose how many are coming, and pay your farm fee to hold your place.
Disconnect Days are a preventative, non-clinical wellbeing experience. They are not medical or psychological treatment. If you need support, please speak with your GP or contact your usual support service.
