RESET Corporate Wellbeing Program

Your people cannot keep running without space to reset

A farm-based wellbeing experience for teams under pressure — delivered by Land & Legacy Academy.

Give your people permission to pause. RESET takes teams out of the pressures of the workplace and into a restorative farm environment where they can slow down, reconnect and develop practical ways to manage pressure before exhaustion becomes burnout.

Sustained pressure can gradually affect energy, communication, judgement and workplace relationships. RESET gives employees and leaders structured time away from their normal environment to slow down, reconnect and reconsider how they work. Delivered through Land & Legacy's farm-based environments, the program combines nature, gentle practical activities, facilitated reflection and realistic workplace commitments.

The RESET Experience

Five stages, one day at a time

Every RESET follows the same arc — whatever format you choose.

Step away

Physically leave the normal workplace environment.

2

Slow down

Participate in calm, supervised farm and nature activities.

3

Reflect

Identify pressures, energy drains and early signs of overload.

4

Reconnect

Rebuild personal awareness and relationships within the team.

5

Return differently

Create practical commitments for healthier working patterns.

How RESET Works Commercially

The employer is the customer. The employees are the participants.

What the organisation receives
  • Proposal and pricing
  • Organisational objectives
  • Risk and insurance information
  • Aggregated attendance counts and cost — never who attended
  • Aggregated outcome reporting
  • Follow-up recommendations
What each participant receives
  • Safe participation information
  • Privacy and confidentiality
  • Dietary and accessibility support
  • Personal wellbeing reflection
  • Control over personal disclosures
  • Individual reset plan

Employers receive aggregated results only. Personal survey responses, health information and private reflections are never disclosed without explicit participant consent.

Measurement

What we measure — and what we don't

RESET is measured on non-clinical workplace indicators.

Perceived energy
Ability to disconnect from work
Workload awareness
Confidence setting boundaries
Team connection
Manager support
Communication confidence
Clarity of priorities
Confidence using reset practices
Commitment to agreed workplace changes

RESET does not diagnose, treat or cure burnout. It helps organisations prevent burnout, recognise risk factors and support healthier working practices. Employees experiencing serious distress should be directed to appropriate professional services or their organisation’s employee assistance program.

Give your people permission to pause

Help your people step away, recover perspective, reconnect and return with practical strategies for healthier, more sustainable work.
