Youth Track
For ages 12–17, with a parent, guardian, or responsible adult present throughout the experience.
Adult Track
For individuals aged 18 and over who want to participate independently in semester-based learning.
Family Track
For families who want to learn together through a shared land-based experience.
5 Skill Pathways
Choose one or combine multiple. Learn both the practical and business side of farming.
Five Progression Levels
No exams. Advancement requires demonstrated competence, documented profitability, and responsible stewardship.
Initiate
Understand basics, follow supervision, log activity.
Apprentice
Operate small-scale independently, track costs monthly, demonstrate operational discipline.
Producer
Generate consistent output, price correctly, complete first profitable cycle.
Operator
Run multiple units, forecast seasonally, manage cashflow.
Master Steward
Lead workshops, mentor beginners, scale responsibly, demonstrate sustainable profitability.
How the Program is Structured
Two Semesters Per Year
Each semester runs approximately 20 weeks. Semester 1: Feb–Jun · Semester 2: Jul–Nov.
Monthly Farm Visits (min. 2 per month)
Hands-on immersion days at a matched partner farm. Additional seasonal intensives available.
Mentor Support
Every participant is assigned a qualified mentor for 1-on-1 guidance, progress tracking, and skill assessment.
Portfolio & Documentation
Build a personal portfolio via the participant portal — diary entries, photos, and progress records.
Immersion Days
Hands-on, real work on active farms.
Short Structured Reviews
15–20 minute number reviews monthly. Focused, not heavy.
Seasonal Intensives
Spring expansion. Autumn harvest. Winter planning.
Mentorship Circles
Small groups reflecting on what worked, what failed, what changes next season.

Semester-based access for individuals, families, and groups. All tiers include the full core program, mentor support, and farm immersion days.
