Confidentially disclose serious wrongdoing, with the option to remain anonymous.
Purpose
To provide a protected channel for disclosing serious wrongdoing.
Scope
Anyone with knowledge of conduct covered by the Whistleblower Policy.
Before you start
Read the Whistleblower Policy so you understand the protections that apply to you.
What to disclose
The conduct you are concerned about, who is involved, dates and places, any documents or records you can point to, and whether anyone else knows.
Anonymity
You may disclose anonymously. If you do, please provide a way to ask follow-up questions if you are willing — it materially improves what we can investigate.
How to send it
Email the Whistleblower Officer at governance@landandlegacy.com, or mark an envelope 'Confidential — Whistleblower Officer' and post it to 53 Cox Road, Mt Mee QLD 4521.
Protection
You must not be victimised or disadvantaged for making a disclosure. Report any detriment immediately.
