Meet the Animals
Goats, sheep, chickens and more — get up close in a safe, supervised environment.

Wide open paddocks, beautiful scenery, and a true escape from the city.
Families and teens
Relaxed visits for all ages, with deeper animal learning for Year 7–12.
Working dogs · the doorway
Spike & Suzy — farm smarts for kids, then the whole paddock
Spike and Suzy are Australian kelpies — working dogs who help move and care for stock. Meet-the-kelpies visits with Spike & Suzy are at Mount Mee only. Other Land & Legacy farm visits can be elsewhere and do not include Spike & Suzy on site. From herding and care with dogs, the path opens into sheep, cattle, chickens, and the wider life of a working farm.

Year 7–12 · go deeper
For teens, Land & Legacy is not only a first farm day. After Spike & Suzy open the door, you can explore how farms work — welfare, systems, fibre and food, and the adult work this learning points toward, without promising a job.
Explore
Visit packages and sessions let Year 7–12 students see real animals and real work — not a cartoon farm.
Understand
Go deeper on welfare, stock systems, and how dogs, people, and animals share the same yards.
Look ahead
Spot adult pathways — stock work, animal care, fibre and food, and farm enterprise — without promising a job.
